Accessing and browsing this website (hereinafter the “Site”) owned by Sofar SpA (hereinafter “Sofar”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.
By accessing and browsing the Site, visitors (hereinafter “Visitor(s)”) expressly and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions set out below.

Trademark and other industrial property rights
The Site, and all the data and illustrations contained in it, including the Sofar trademark and logo, other mentioned trademarks and the domain name, are – unless otherwise specified – the exclusive property of Sofar or of the parties indicated on a case-by-case basis that have granted Sofar the related usage rights. Any information provided by Visitors to the Site, including comments, proposals, ideas, emails or other, will be treated by Sofar as not confidential. Sofar will not have any obligation or responsibility of any kind with regard to this information and will be free to reproduce, disclose and distribute it to other Visitors to the Site. Applicable Law – Court with Jurisdiction

Revision of the terms and conditions. Non-acceptance

Use of the Site after such revisions will be deemed to represent unconditional acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
