Honey has a hydrating, protective and therefore soothing action, as it helps form a film that covers the oesophageal mucosa and has a barrier action, protecting the irritated mucosa and hydrating it, thus relieving pain. Moreover, as it also acts on the oropharyngeal mucosa, honey alleviates throat irritations caused by reflux acidity

Aloe

Aloe, like honey, has a refreshing, protective and thus soothing action on the oesophageal mucosa, exercising a barrier effect. Thanks to its mucopolysaccharide content, aloe has gastroprotective properties, because, as the mucopolysaccharides are distributed over the stomach mucosa, they form a kind of film that protects the entire gastric tract from acids and irritants that might stop it from working properly

GERDOff® Protection is a formulation in high-viscosity and high-density syrup and sachets for rapid relief of reflux symptoms thanks to its hydrating, calming and protective properties that thus soothe damaged gastric tissue.

Doses

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 10-20 ml after main meals and at bedtime, or as needed if symptoms such as stomach pain and heartburn appear (on medical advice).

Children over 6 years of age

It is recommended to use the product only after consulting your doctor. 10 ml after main meals and/or at bedtime, or as needed if symptoms such as stomach pain and heartburn appear.

Instructions for use

Shake the bottle before use. Then measure out the correct amount using the dosing cap. Sachet: take directly into the mouth. It is advisable not to drink anything immediately after swallowing Gerdoff® Protection to give its ingredients more time to work.
